Elkins Otters

We are a local summer swim team located in Elkins, West Virgina. Our team strives to make swimming fun and help kids (ages 5-18) learn to swim their best. Our coaches, parents, and swimmers are great people and a generous community makes our team available to all interested area youth.

Summer season information:

Practice schedule:

Our NCWV Swim league championship to be held on Friday, July 18-Saturday, July 19 at the Buckhannon city pool.

******On June 2, our summer practice times will change as follows:

* 4 times per week morning practice option: Monday-Thursday mornings at the D&E pool from 9AM-12PM. Ages 13 and older swim 9-10; swimmers 10yo-12yo swim 10-11AM; swimmers under 10yo swim 11AM-12PM.

*2 times per week morning practice option: Same as above, except swimmer will only swim 2 morning sessions per week at the college instead of 4.

*2 times per week evening practice option: Monday/Wednesday evenings at the YMCA POOL. Swimmers 10 and under will swim 6-7PM and those 11yo and older will swim 7-8PM. This is a change in schedule from previous years as we are no longer able to rent the pool on these evenings from D&E. This will limit the amount of swimmers we can accommodate and will not be ideal for training for 25 yard pool races.  However, this is the best we have to offer and we appreciate the YMCA allowing us their facility.

Pricing

The 4 practice/week cost is $95 for the 1st swimmer and $70 for each additional swimmer per family.

The 2 practices/week cost is $75 for the 1st swimmer and $60 for each additional swimmer per family.
